How we handle your information.
Who we are
This website is operated by ONEWAY MASTER TAXI (“we”, “us”), a taxi service offering drop taxi, one way taxi and outstation taxi trips. You can reach us through the Contact page.
Information we collect
When you use the booking form we collect your name, mobile number, email address, pickup and drop locations, travel date and time, trip type, selected vehicle and the calculated fare. When you send an enquiry through the Contact page we collect your name, mobile number, optional email address, service, pickup and drop locations, travel date, optional vehicle preference and any message you write.
We do not ask for payment card details on this website.
How we use it
We use this information to confirm and manage your booking, respond to your enquiry and contact you about your trip. We do not sell your information.
Location suggestions and distance
Where enabled, the booking form uses Google Maps services to suggest locations and to estimate trip distance. The locations you type may be sent to Google for this purpose, under Google’s own privacy policy.
Cookies and fonts
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work. We do not run analytics or advertising tags. Page fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts, which can receive your IP address when the page loads.
Storage and sharing
Booking and enquiry details are stored in this website’s database and may be emailed to the business. We share details with a driver only as needed to carry out your trip and with service providers who help us run the website, such as our hosting provider.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as needed to run the service and meet our legal and accounting duties, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us through the Contact page.
